Anti-wrinkle injections, also known as botulinum toxin, are naturally-occurring proteins that work to block nerve signals at the injection point. As signals from the nerves to the muscles in the face are stopped, the injected muscle will no longer be able to contract as tightly, causing wrinkles to relax and soften. Perfect for the forehead lines, frown lines, crow’s feet, bunny lines and the chin, as well as smoker’s lines and skin ageing of the neck, anti-wrinkle injections can take years off of your face, enhancing your natural beauty.
Anti-wrinkle treatment remains one of the most affordable, fastest working, safe, effective non-surgical, anti-ageing treatments available.

A typical injection pattern for this area consists of five strategically placed points across the forehead.

The best time to consider having anti-wrinkle injections is when you begin to notice that your dynamic lines (these are the wrinkles that only appear through expression) appear regardless of expression and form even when static. However, it differs from person to person, dependent on genetic and lifestyle factors such as sun exposure, stress, cigarette smoking, and other environmental factors. Botulinum Toxin works best at this stage, rather than with deeply etched lines, which are more difficult to smooth out.
